This engagement is designed to put a 20+ year financial strategist in your corner — on call, on your side, and focused on your business for six months.
You have a CPA. They handle your taxes. You have an attorney. They handle your contracts. You might have a bookkeeper, an operations manager, a sales team, a partner.
But here's the question nobody asks: who's advising you on the actual business?
Who do you call on a Tuesday afternoon when a deal lands on your desk and you need a financial read in 24 hours? Who do you text on a Saturday morning when you're weighing whether to pull the trigger on a second location? Who's looking at your financials not to file a return, but to tell you what they actually mean for your growth, your risk, your borrowing power, and your next move?
For most business owners doing $1 million to $10 million in revenue — nobody. There's nobody in that chair. The CPA knows your numbers but doesn't advise on strategy. The attorney knows your contracts but doesn't evaluate deal economics. The coach doesn't understand capital. The consultant has never underwritten a loan, structured a deal, or sat on the side of the table where real money gets approved or declined.
That's the chair I sit in. And this engagement puts me there — for your business, for six months.
I've spent more than 20 years as a direct lender, underwriter, financing facilitator, and M&A advisor. I've facilitated over $1 billion in business financing. I've worked with more than 10,000 companies. I've evaluated deals, analyzed financial statements, structured growth strategies, and advised owners through the decisions that built or broke their businesses. This engagement takes all of that experience and makes it available to you — not as a one-time deliverable, but as an ongoing relationship where I'm embedded in your business at the strategic level.
This is the most exclusive offering I provide. It's limited to a small number of clients at any given time. And it's designed for the business owner who understands that having the right person in their corner isn't an expense — it's the highest-ROI investment they can make.
Who This Is For
This is not for everyone. It's not designed to be. This is a boutique engagement for a specific kind of business owner.
You're running a business doing $1M to $10M+ in revenue and you're in a phase where the decisions are getting bigger, the stakes are getting higher, and the cost of getting it wrong is no longer something you can absorb and move on from.
You're scaling — adding locations, hiring leadership, entering new markets, acquiring competitors — and you need a financial strategist in your corner who understands capital, cash flow, deal structure, and bankability at a level your current advisors don't.
You're making decisions every month that carry five- and six-figure consequences, and you're making most of them alone — or with input from people who don't have the financial depth to truly advise you.
You want someone you can call when a deal shows up, text when a question hits, and sit down with twice a month to work through the financial reality of what you're building — not in theory, but in real numbers.
You've outgrown the one-off engagement model. You don't need a single analysis or a single call. You need an advisor who knows your business, knows your numbers, knows your goals, and is available when the moment demands it.
You understand that the cost of not having this person in your corner — the missed opportunities, the bad structures, the deals you said yes to without analysis, the capital you deployed without strategy — has already cost you more than $15,000. Probably significantly more.
If that's you, this was built specifically for you. And there are only a handful of these available at any given time.
What You Get for Six Months
This is a concierge-level advisory relationship. You get access, attention, and expertise — structured to deliver maximum value while respecting both of our time.
Direct Access to Me
Text and email access during business hours, Monday through Friday. You have a question, you send it. I respond within 24 hours — usually faster. No gatekeepers, no assistants, no ticketing system. You're communicating directly with me.
Phone access for time-sensitive matters. When something urgent hits — a deal with a deadline, a lender conversation you need to prepare for, a financial situation that can't wait for a scheduled call — you have a direct line.
Scheduled Advisory Calls
Two dedicated 30-minute advisory calls per month — scheduled in advance, focused on whatever is most critical to your business at that moment. These aren't check-in calls. These are strategic working sessions where we dig into financials, evaluate opportunities, analyze risk, and map out your next moves.
That's 12 calls over six months. Twelve focused sessions with a financial strategist who knows your business intimately and is tracking your progress between calls.
Quarterly Written Deliverables
Two written deliverables over the six-month engagement — one at the midpoint and one at the conclusion. These can be tailored to whatever your business needs most at that stage: a financial position review, a growth decision brief, a bankability assessment, a deal analysis, a valuation insight report, or a strategic action plan.
These aren't generic documents. They're built from the ongoing knowledge of your business that accumulates over six months of working together — which makes them significantly more valuable than any standalone engagement could deliver.
Strategic Financial Guidance Across Every Major Decision
This is the core of the engagement. For six months, every major financial decision in your business runs through someone who's spent 20+ years analyzing exactly these kinds of decisions. Expansion plans, capital deployment, hiring decisions, deal structures, partnership terms, financing strategy, cash flow management, debt positioning, exit preparation — all of it.
You're not paying for my time. You're paying for the cumulative effect of having a financial strategist embedded in your business who sees the full picture, connects the dots between decisions, and advises you with context that no one-time engagement can replicate.
Why This Investment Pays for Itself
Let me be direct about the math, because this is a significant commitment and you should understand exactly what you're getting for it.
$15,000 over six months is $2,500 a month. That's less than most businesses spend on a mid-level employee who doesn't bring 20 years of financial expertise to the table. It's less than a single month of a fractional CFO at most firms. And it's a fraction of what one bad decision — one poorly structured deal, one expansion without financial analysis, one capital commitment based on incomplete information — will cost you.
But the ROI isn't just about what you avoid. It's about what you capture.
The owner who has a financial strategist in their corner negotiates better deals — because they understand the leverage points before they sit down at the table. They deploy capital more intelligently — because every major investment is analyzed against real numbers, not gut instinct. They scale faster with less risk — because growth decisions are pressure-tested before capital is committed. They build more valuable businesses — because every move is made with an eye toward long-term value, not just short-term revenue.
I've watched this play out for 20+ years. The owners who have the right advisor at the right level make better decisions — consistently, repeatedly, compoundingly. Over six months, the cumulative impact of better decisions across hiring, capital deployment, deal structure, financing, and growth strategy will far exceed $15,000. In most cases, a single decision — one deal restructured, one bad commitment avoided, one growth opportunity captured at the right time — pays for the entire engagement.
That's not a sales pitch. That's pattern recognition from two decades of watching business owners operate with and without this kind of support.
What This Is Not
This is not a full-time employee arrangement. You're getting concierge-level access to a senior financial advisor — not an on-staff team member. I'm embedded in your business strategically, not operationally. I don't attend your staff meetings, manage your books, or handle day-to-day financial tasks.
This is not a fractional CFO engagement. I don't manage your accounting, prepare financial reports, or oversee your finance department. I advise at the strategic level — the decisions that shape the trajectory of your business.
This is not unlimited, unstructured, 24/7 access. The engagement is generous and the access is real — but it's designed with professional boundaries that protect both of us. Business hours for text and email. Scheduled calls twice a month. Written deliverables at defined intervals. This structure is what allows me to deliver my best work for every client in this program.
This is not coaching. There are no goal-setting sessions, accountability check-ins, or mindset exercises. This is financial strategy, deal analysis, and business advisory from someone who's spent their career in the room where the money moves.
Engagement Terms
Payment of $15,000 is required before the engagement begins. Payment may be made in full or in two installments of $7,500 — the first before the engagement starts and the second at the 90-day mark.
The engagement term is six months from the start date.
Access includes text, email, and phone communication during business hours, two scheduled 30-minute advisory calls per month, and two written deliverables over the engagement period.
This engagement is limited to a small number of clients at any given time to ensure each client receives the attention and depth this level of advisory demands.
The engagement is non-refundable. You're investing in six months of advisory access and expertise, which begins delivery immediately upon start.
Renewal for an additional six months is available at the conclusion of the engagement, subject to mutual agreement and availability.
How It Works
Step 1: Complete your payment on this page — $15,000 in full, or the first installment of $7,500.
Step 2: You receive an onboarding package including a secure intake form for your financial documents, a scheduling link for your first advisory call, and direct contact information for text, email, and phone access.
Step 3: We begin with an onboarding call to establish your current financial position, your goals for the next six months, and the immediate priorities I should focus on.
Step 4: From that point forward, you have direct access to me. Questions get answered. Decisions get analyzed. Opportunities get evaluated. Risks get identified. Every major move in your business runs through a 20+ year financial strategist who knows your numbers and is invested in your outcome.
Step 5: At the midpoint and conclusion of the engagement, you receive a written deliverable tailored to your business — a strategic assessment, financial review, or analysis built from three to six months of working together.
Who You're Working With
I'm Charles M. Barr, founder and CEO of LVRG Business Funding. I've spent more than 20 years in the rooms where financial decisions get made — as a direct lender, underwriter, financing facilitator, and M&A advisor. I've facilitated over $1 billion in business financing and worked with more than 10,000 companies across every major operator-driven industry.
I've sat with business owners at every stage — from the first major growth decision to the final exit. I've helped owners navigate expansions, acquisitions, partnership transitions, capital raises, and market shifts. I've told owners to move aggressively when the numbers supported it and to walk away when they didn't. I've been the person on the other end of the phone when the decision mattered and the clock was running.
This engagement makes me that person for you — not for a single call, not for a single deliverable, but for six months of strategic partnership where I'm as invested in your outcome as you are.
There are only a small number of these available at any given time. If you're reading this and the page allows you to purchase, a spot is currently open.
Considering This Engagement?
This is a significant commitment — and it should be. If you've read this page, you understand what's included, and you'd like to have a brief conversation before moving forward, I'm open to that. This isn't a sales call and it isn't a free advisory session. It's a short conversation between two professionals to determine whether this engagement is the right fit.
Email me directly at cbarr@lvrgllc.com with the subject line "Private Advisory Inquiry" or call (855) 998-5874. Come prepared to tell me about your business and what you're looking for. If it's a fit, we move forward. If it's not, I'll point you toward the right service.
