DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

LVRG does not store client files or documents beyond the active transaction period. For security and privacy purposes, all client files, financial documents, and application materials are permanently deleted from our systems and cloud-based platforms immediately following loan funding or immediately upon transaction decline or abandonment. We do not maintain long-term archives of client files, even for funded transactions. This deletion policy applies to all storage systems including secure file drives, cloud platforms, and temporary working environments.

However, we may retain limited transaction records (such as loan amount, closing date, parties involved, and basic transaction details) as required by law for tax reporting, regulatory compliance, audit purposes, and business accounting requirements. These limited records do not include detailed financial documents, bank statements, tax returns, or other sensitive financial information, which are deleted as described above.

We retain information for as long as necessary to: provide requested services; comply with legal obligations (including IRS, banking, and lending record retention requirements); resolve disputes and enforce agreements; prevent fraud and maintain security; and fulfill legitimate business purposes.

We implement and maintain reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Security measures include: bank-level SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission (minimum 256-bit encryption); encrypted storage for data at rest; firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security monitoring; role-based access controls limiting access to authorized personnel only; regular security assessments and vulnerability testing; employee training on data security and privacy practices; secure authentication and password requirements; and regular data backups with encrypted redundant storage.

Despite these measures, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats, sophisticated cyber attacks, or unauthorized access attempts by determined third parties. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of transmitting information over the internet.
