Business and financial documentation for financing engagements is collected through private, access-restricted cloud folders established for each engagement. We direct clients to upload documents to these secure folders rather than sending them by email.

We use the information we collect to: evaluate financing inquiries and engagements; analyze, structure, package, and place financing transactions; communicate with you about your inquiry, engagement, and transaction; maintain business records; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and operate and improve our Website. NO SALE OF INFORMATION; NO MARKETING LISTS

LVRG does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your information to anyone, for any purpose, ever. We do not add you to newsletters, drip campaigns, or marketing email lists. We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or third-party ad tracking of any kind on our Website. Communications from LVRG are individual correspondence related to your inquiry or engagement.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

In order to evaluate, structure, and place financing transactions, we share relevant information with parties involved in the transaction, which may include: prospective funding institutions and their underwriting teams; appraisers, title companies, and other due diligence providers; and attorneys, accountants, and other professionals engaged in the transaction. This applies to information provided by both prospective clients during preliminary evaluation and clients during an active engagement. When financial documentation is transmitted to a funding institution, transmission is made exclusively through that institution's secure portal. LVRG does not transmit client financial documentation by email. We share only the information relevant and necessary to the transaction. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LVRG or others. We do not share information with unrelated third parties for any purpose, including marketing.

DATA RETENTION AND ROUTINE DELETION

We retain information only as long as it serves the engagement. Financial documentation submitted for a prospective transaction that does not move forward is routinely deleted from our systems, and we make it a practice to notify the prospective client when their files have been removed. Documentation for completed transactions is routinely purged following closing, unless an active, ongoing client relationship warrants keeping an engagement folder open. Because financial statements, interim numbers, and personal financial statements go out of date quickly, we request updated documentation for any new engagement rather than retaining old files. Website inquiry form submissions are retained in our business records. Where a longer retention period is required by law or regulation, we retain information for the required period.

DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information throughout the engagement. Financial documentation is collected through private, access-restricted cloud folders established for each engagement, with access limited to the submitting party and LVRG personnel involved in the transaction. Financial documentation is not transmitted by email at any stage; documents are received through secure private folders and delivered to funding institutions exclusively through each institution's secure portal. Access to client information is limited to personnel involved in the engagement, and information no longer needed is routinely deleted in accordance with our retention practices described above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; however, limiting what we collect, restricting access, transmitting documentation only through secure channels, and routinely deleting what we no longer retain are central to how we protect information.

COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

Our Website uses only the standard cookies and built-in analytics provided by our website platform to operate the site and understand general site usage.
